Ezra Kover, IACCP®

Chief Compliance Officer

Ezra Kover joined Goldman Shelby in 2020 and serves as the firm’s chief compliance officer. In his role, he oversees all compliance and regulatory overview of firm activities, policies and procedures. He previously practiced law as an attorney in Portland, and as in-house counsel in Colorado and New York.  

Ezra earned his B.A. in history from Kenyon College, his master’s of international affairs from Columbia University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Oregon and New York. 

Ezra enjoys spending time reading short stories, hiking and camping. A relocated New Yorker, Ezra still loves rooting for the Yankees.
